Who is the BDC?

Established in 1995, the BDC is a non-profit organization with a proven track record of successfully fostering entrepreneurship, particularly within communities struggling for economic revitalization. As an economic development strategy, the BDC is committed to working with West County individuals, rebuild distressed communities and foster strong neighborhood economies. The BDC's programs help residents realize entrepreneurial opportunities, strengthen local businesses, create new jobs, and generate a renewed sense of economic activity in West Contra Costa County.
