Gigi's One Bite Wonder
Filled donuts and seasonal pastries
Gigi recently vendored at Renegade, San Francisco's seasonal fair. On the first weekend of August, Gigi offered donuts filled with Latin-American inspired flavors, truly a one bite wonder.

Girlie specializes in handcrafted sourdough and pastries with unique flavor combinations. Try her Mushroom Focaccia or Pesto & Pepper Jack Cheese Sourdough at the Pinole Farmer's Market!

Genkibachi
Japanese inspired Teppanyaki meals
Genkibachi is always a go-to at The Lot in downtown Richmond. Sizzling and made-to-order, choose from steak, shrimp, or chicken over fried rice to make a hearty and flavorful meal.
East Bay Food Hub
Kitchen@812 is a nonprofit, shared-use commercial kitchen. We offer 24-hour access to flexible work stations, commercial cooking equipment, dry/cold storage space, and bilingual business assistance.



Storage
We provide a space for you to store ingredients and food, including cold and frozen storage space.
Commercial Equipment
Equipment like gas ranges, griddles, stock pot ranges, convection ovens, mixers, heaters, and proofers will be available to you.
Work Stations
Utilize our mobile worktables that are flexible to your needs, and prep in a bright environment.
