Gigi recently vendored at Renegade, San Francisco's seasonal fair. On the first weekend of August, Gigi offered donuts filled with Latin-American inspired flavors, truly a one bite wonder.

Kitchen@812 is a nonprofit, shared-use commercial kitchen. We offer 24-hour access to flexible work stations, commercial cooking equipment, dry/cold storage space, and bilingual business assistance.

Commercial Equipment

Equipment like gas ranges, griddles, stock pot ranges, convection ovens, mixers, heaters, and proofers will be available to you.

Utilize our mobile worktables that are flexible to your needs, and prep in a bright environment.
